After a 10-year corporate career, a spinal and neck injury in 2018 led me to the healing power of yoga. What started as a personal recovery journey became a mission when I became a mother in 2023. Yoga gave me the strength and balance that I now carry into motherhood. I am a registered yoga instructor under Yoga Alliance USA, specialized in providing prenatal and postnatal care.
I realized that motherhood requires more than just "routine" exercise—it needs live, attentive guidance and sessions tailored to a woman’s changing body. At Infinity Yoga Room, I provide a safe, supportive space for women navigating everything from conception to postpartum recovery.
Women's bodies were never meant to move the same way as men. We do not need to push or endure pain. We need to listen to our bodies and move with our minds. I am here to support you through your pregnancy, your return to strength, and beyond
Infinity Yoga Room - The Online Experience
Interactive Online Classes
Prenatal Yoga
Weekly classes for expecting moms in Trimester 2 and 3. Pranayama, asanas, relaxation, labor prep and much more.
Private classes are also undertaken.
Postnatal Yoga
Daily 30-45min classes for new moms to help in pelvic floor recovery and core strengthening.
Daily Vinyasa
These are regular vinyasa classes for all women. A combination of mobility and strength training to keep you flowing through your day.

Yoga Workshops
Workshops are conducted on weekends on various topics such as Yoga nidra, Labour Prep, Infant massage, garbha sanskar and much more.
